Monthly Asuka (月刊ã‚ã™ã‹, Gekkan Asuka) is a monthly Japanese shÅjo manga magazine published by Kadokawa Shoten, aimed at teenage girls. Much like its sibling publication ShÅnen Ace, it places some emphasis on anime tie-ins and spinoffs. Asuka is released on the 24th of each month.
Comics published in this magazine are given the publishing label Asuka Comics when released in tankÅbon format.
