Genco, Inc. (æ ªå¼ä¼šç¤¾ã‚¸ã‚§ãƒ³ã‚³, Kabushiki-gaisha Jenco) is a Japanese anime production enterprise and studio, founded on March 3, 1997. Presided over by TarÅ Maki, it is headquartered in Roppongi, Minato, Tokyo. It has produced numerous anime series, including Honey and Clover, Kino's Journey, Alien Nine, Please Teacher!, Please Twins!, Shigofumi: Letters from the Departed and Absolute Boy, and regularly works with A.C.G.T, who handles animation production on many of them. Genco also takes on production work for other studios as well, including JC Staff and Bandai Visual.
