Mitsuru Hattori (はっとりみつる, Hattori Mitsuru) is a Japanese manga artist born in Toba, Mie Prefecture on October 8, 1977. He is best known for his works Kenkō Zenrakei Suieibu Umishō and Sankarea, both of which were turned into TV anime series.
