Mitsuru Hattori (ã¯ã£ã¨ãã¿ã¤ã, Hattori Mitsuru) is a Japanese manga artist born in Toba, Mie Prefecture on October 8, 1977. He is best known for his works KenkÅ Zenrakei Suieibu UmishÅ and Sankarea, both of which were turned into TV anime series.
